Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Warehousing & Logistics Operations Manager to join our Warehousing & Logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for the total cost center management, strategic operational output, and team leadership of our Plumbago operations.
You will join a dynamic, cross-functional team dedicated to scaling our logistical footprint across the region while delivering world-class solution engineering and client satisfaction.
In this role, you will:
Develop and implement localized operational strategies and Business Excellence programs derived from regional corporate initiatives to optimize efficiency and cost-center performance at the Plumbago location.
Collaborate with country leadership, Sales, and Solution Design teams to manage national commercial tenders, engineer client pricing strategies, and foster long-term relationships with existing enterprise customers.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, or regulations by establishing national operational frameworks, monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and upholding facility management benchmarks.
The ideal candidate will have:
7+ years of experience in Warehousing & Logistics operations.
Strong knowledge of national market operational intelligence, local business culture, and end-to-end tender management (including Request for Quote responses and project implementation).
Proven ability in leadership and people motivation, multi-tasking across complex operational programs, and communicating effectively across all levels of a corporate organization.
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent foundational education.
