Position Summary

• Responsible for company lean production management. Continuous improvement project advancement, production cost savings. Responsible for lean projects and promoting improvement culture.

Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Use value stream mapping to identify waste in the production or service process.
• Implement the 5S management to ensure an efficient working environment.
• Use SMED to reduce the equipment changeover time and improve the equipment utilization rate.
• Organize improvement activities, encourage employees to participate, apply the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle, and regularly hold review meetings.
• Data analysis and problem solving: Collect and analyze operational data, identify bottlenecks, track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Project management and collaboration: Plan improvement projects, set goals and timelines, coordinate cross-departmental resources to ensure delivery.
• Expense management and efficiency improvement: applying production line balancing and standardized operations to enhance efficiency.
• Standardization and SOP knowledge management.
• Lean tools and cultural promotion.
• Other works distributive by supervisor.

Safety:

• Follow Company's EHS rules, applied law and regulation, including PPE requirement, the use of equipment, work instructions etc.
• Report all injuries and/or possible dangerous situations, incidents, risks.
• Stop a job considered unsafe.
• Attend required trainings.
• Have the basic knowledge of ISO 14001 &45001 &50001.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree and major in mechanical manufacturing, industrial engineering or related majors
• Experience: More than 5 years work experience and 3 years’ experience in automobile industry related company.
• Functional skills: Manufacturing engineering, or industrial engineering, VSM, TPM, PDCA, SMED.
• English skills: Intermediate
• MS Office skills: Proficiency
• Others: IATF16949 knowledge, APQP, SPC, MSA, Relevant ISO14000 regulation knowledge is preferred
