Job Description:

Established and productive individual contributor, who works under moderate supervision. Supports senior members of the FP&A department through consulting, interpreting, and evaluating financial information, and prepares actual vs. forecast analysis for reporting and planning. Adheres to established safety, privacy, and confidentiality standards.
Coordinates and prepares pertinent information for internal and external clients, including requests for analysis, financial information, and reports.
Maintains office operations by establishing methods and procedures, evaluating equipment, and establishing service contracts.
Enhances and standardizes the use of operational and financial data.
Supports finance leadership in ad hoc reporting requirements.
Estimates requirements, assists in preparing annual budget, schedules expenditures, and analyzes variances.
Develops and continually improves budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast.
Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.​
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
