The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As an Global Data Specialist, you will be responsible for making the support of data analytics solutions identified in the CODA Portfolio. You will work closely with the end users for leveraging their data analytics experience and improving the added values of their tools in day-to-day activities. You will provide development support as well for your colleagues Global Process and Data Analyst (GPDA). You will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.  

• Responsible for maintaining reporting and data analytics solutions identified in the CODA Portfolio

• Leading the ITSM tickets process and ensure the respect of the SLAs identified across CODA Organization

• Managing all technical activities in JIRA, making up to date EPICs & Stories in Sprints.

• Technical expert making link with Data Engineering and IT DA to guarantee the alignment with the Data & Architecture strategy 

• Providing technical expertise and support to GPDAs

• Taking an active and proactive part in training and self-education with the UX lead

• Helping to identify, analyze and research new business process needs related to Data & Analytics and reporting

• Developing new solutions in coordination with GPDAs

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: 

• Possess a bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution

• Minimum of four years of experience with Reporting and Analytics

• Minimum of four years of experience with Platforms Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, Salesforce, Webi, QlikView, SQL

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process and working with Product owners and Scrum Master to define and refine the backlogs of user requirements is considered an asset

• Understanding of data warehouse platforms (SQL/Snowflake/Hana)

• Well organized and able to facilitate global stakeholder collaboration

• Ability to problem solve
