In this role, you will be expected to develop transformation vision, assess vision feasibility and capability gaps, plan journey management, and present the Transformation Journey to internal or probable client.

What are we looking for? • Certified in Six Sigma Black Belt/MBB and Lean methodologies
• Subject matter expert in F&A towers (PTP, RTR, OTC)
• Demonstrated experience managing and articulating end-to-end digital project delivery
• Proven team leadership abilities
• Expertise in change management
• Skilled in digital transformation initiatives
• Extensive project and program management experiences
• Strong senior stakeholder management (MDs and C Suites) capabilities
• Advanced strategic thinking and defining new solutions
• Good to have worked on Gen AI and Agentic solutions across towers
• Proficient in SAP and Oracle ERP systems (preferred)
• Knowledge of GenAI and Agentic solutions considered an asset
Roles and Responsibilities: • In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area(s) of responsibility
• The individual should create solutions in situations in which analysis requires in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives
• Requires involvement in setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals for area(s) of responsibility
• Interaction is with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, involving negotiating or influencing on significant matters
• Should have latitude in decision-making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments
• Their decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact areas outside of own responsibility
• Individual manages large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
