Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist the agency's diversified marketing department in protocol management and circulation, and assist superiors in supporting channel development and business promotion related work;
2. Assist superiors in formulating, decomposing, and achieving management annual, quarterly, and monthly goals;
3. Assist superiors in planning, executing, and tracking marketing activities;
4. Assist superiors in developing business planning documents and executing, promoting, and tracking plans;
5. Assist superiors in organizing and promoting institutional meetings and activities;
6. Responsible for competition plan data statistics, cash management, and KPI tracking;
7. Timely report any violations or potential risks discovered during the work process, including compliance management related to certain expenses, and provide corrective or improvement suggestions;
8. Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors.
Employment conditions:
Knowledge/skills/education
1. Possess good communication skills and have certain abilities in both Chinese and English reading and writing;
2. Proficient in using various Office software; Familiar with the use of new media tools and software;
3. Full time undergraduate degree or above, with priority given to majors in finance, insurance, economics, marketing, management, or related fields;
4. More than one year of experience in the insurance industry or related fields.
Core competencies (ranked by the importance of relevant core competencies)
1. Ability to produce reports and plan copywriting;
2. Organizing various marketing activities and conferences;
3. Annual APE plan achievement rate.
