This internship is intended to help you expand your skills and knowledge with the help of mentors with experience in the industry while you study your last semesters of the degree or just graduated. We are a remote program with some optional activities face-to-face. The start date for this Encora Spark batch is scheduled for May-June 2024 

What do I need to be an Encora Spark candidate?

  • A) Being in the last semesters (few subjects) or a recent graduate of IT-related careers, such as Software Development, Mechatronics, or other related fields.  
    • B) Or having some experience with programming (at least six months), please include your personal projects in your resume besides the boot camps, workshops, courses you might have taken, etc.  
  • English B1/B2.  
  • Internships don't count as working experience, but please include them in your resume.  
  • Have at least five hours available during the day and be available to work in the office at least two days a week.  
  • Mexican nationality or permanent resident. (We're not currently accepting candidates living in other countries). 
  • To be an Encora Spark candidate, applicants should have less than 1.5 years of experience in the software development industry. However, internships do not count as work experience for this requirement.  
  • Please include all the technical projects you've built in your resume or GitHub profile, especially if they are personal projects.
  • Successfully pass the selection process.

- Duration of the internship: up to 3-6 months.
