About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Product Manager with an A-player approach to UI/UX and a passion for delivering seamless mobile experiences. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager for Business Banking, this role will lead efforts to refine and polish our mobile apps, ensuring they stand out for their design and usability. You will be the central coordinator for mobile development, aligning priorities across teams, and driving a mobile-first strategy that enhances performance, stability, and user satisfaction.

Additionally, you will assist with business banking team scrum master duties and documentation, ensuring smooth team workflows and excellent communication.

In this role, you will:

Mobile Development & UI/UX Leadership

  • Champion UI/UX excellence, working closely with designers and engineers to deliver polished, user-friendly mobile apps.

  • Lead efforts to stabilize and optimize mobile app performance, addressing client and end-user feedback proactively.

  • Act as the central coordinator for mobile development, managing tickets from various product managers across teams.

  • Ensure all mobile tickets are well-defined, groomed, and prioritized to align with engineering capacity.

  • Drive strategic initiatives to position Bankjoy’s mobile apps as best-in-class, laying the groundwork for a mobile-first approach.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with multiple product managers, ensuring alignment on mobile priorities and seamless execution.

  • Communicate progress and escalate roadblocks effectively to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.

Business Banking & Documentation Support

  • Assist the Senior Product Manager for Business Banking with scrum master responsibilities, including sprint planning and retrospectives.

  • Create and maintain clear, detailed documentation to support internal workflows and client deliverables.

What you bring:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.

Experience

  • 4+ years of product management experience, with significant focus on mobile app development.

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional UI/UX experiences, with demonstrable projects or portfolios.

  • Strong technical background with an understanding of mobile development processes and system integrations.

  • Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS is required; fintech experience is a plus.

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and scrum practices is a plus.

Skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in UI/UX design and mobile product optimization.

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing demands across teams.

  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Demonstrated ability to stabilize mobile apps and enhance user satisfaction.

Compensation

United States: $95,000 - $115,000 USD/year, depending on experience
Canada: $95,000 - $115,000 CAD/year, depending on experience
