Summary:
Hands-on, customer-embedded builder who ships the OIC + OCI delivery layer: integrations, extensions, analytics, and production operability across Fusion ERP/HCM/SCM/CX.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Build and ship OIC integrations end-to-end with strong monitoring and error handling.
Deliver small-to-medium VBCS extensions and supporting services.
Implement OCI foundations needed for runtime stability (IAM/networking/logging/monitoring).
Partner with functional teams to deliver cross-pillar journeys and harden them to production.
Create OAC dashboards that make performance, adoption, and business outcomes visible.

Prerequisite — Agentic AI & GenAI
Build and ship production-grade agents on OCI Generative AI integrated via OIC, secured with OCI IAM/Vault, and observable with OCI Logging/Monitoring/APM.
Implement tool-using agents that execute workflows across Fusion apps (create/update records, route approvals, open SRs, trigger integrations) with human approvals and auditable trails.
Deliver RAG patterns using governed enterprise knowledge and role-based retrieval operationalize evaluation and regression testing for prompts/flows.
Embed AI experiences into business workflows via VBCS (where used) and measure outcomes in OAC.
Own the end-to-end lifecycle: design build deploy operate optimize..

Professional & Technical Skills:
Worked on AI projects and delivered outcomes
13+ years in Oracle Cloud delivery with strong hands-on OIC experience.
Working capability in OCI core services and security basics (IAM, VCN, Vault).
Experience delivering VBCS and OAC components in real implementations.
Clear communication with stakeholders comfortable owning workstreams.

Oracle Cloud modules
Deep: OIC (Integrations) OCI (IAM, Networking, Logging/Monitoring, Object Storage, Autonomous DB where used) VBCS OAC Vault (as applicable).
Breadth: Fusion ERP/HCM/SCM/CX touchpoints as required by the program.
