Job Summary
This role leads moderately to highly complex inbound and outbound data integrations that support absence management and claim administration. It owns customer onboarding conversations, business testing, issue triage, and coordination with internal and external partners to ensure accurate, timely data flow. The position also provides subject‑matter expertise, supports team development, and manages resources for data implementation, re‑implementation, and change projects.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead customer discussions to define data specifications and onboarding expectations.
  • Conduct business testing on customer files and deliver clear, actionable feedback.
  • Support accurate data flow from customer transmission through end‑system load.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve issues related to integrations supporting claims, invoicing, and enrollment.
  • Manage and triage integration inquiries while providing subject‑matter expertise to staff and customers.
Skills and Background You’ll Need

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
Experience: 4–6 years of experience in systems administration, group insurance benefits, or customer‑facing project management within the health benefits industry.
  • Demonstrated experience with integrations supporting absence management and claim administration.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, Copilot, and related Microsoft tools; EDI mapping experience is a plus.
  • Ability to assess moderately complex situations, identify patterns, determine root causes, and recommend solutions.
  • Experience working with .txt or .xml data integrations (preferred).
  • Familiarity with coordinating cross‑functional resources in business and IT (preferred).
  • Experience supporting data implementation or re‑implementation projects (preferred).

  • Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.

The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.

Salary Range:

$66,000.00 - $96,250.00
