As the leading provider of Talent Orchestration technology, HiredScore’s artificial intelligence, automation and deep integrations empower the largest and most innovative companies in the world to safely and transparently drive critical business outcomes in recruitment productivity, diversity hiring, internal mobility, and total talent management.
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Backend Engineer to join our Integration team within the Core Engineering team, at Workday in Israel!
We’re responsible for integrating with market systems, dealing with sensitive big data, growing our market, and scaling our product further.

  • Being responsible for the lifeblood of the HR data which is retrieved by our outstanding and deep integration capabilities.
  • Learn new technologies and software standard processes from a group of people who are passionate about it.
  • Crafting architecture and tools for the integration layer with the outside world.
  • Taking features from definition to client delivery with quality demands and understanding the complexities from top to bottom.
  • Deep integration with sophisticated systems requiring creative out-of-the-box solutions
  • Handling large scale of clients and client data.
  • System Architecture and Design
  • Innovating and moving us forward.

About You

  • 4+ years of backend development experience.
  • Experience around queueing systems (rabbitmq, celery, kafka, etc)
  • Experience with test writing (TDD)
  • Experience in scaling and producing production-grade solutions.
  • Dedicated learner, constantly striving for self-improvement and growth.
  • Collaborative teammate with a curiosity about results-driven contributions.
  • Innovative problem solver, known for delivering streamlined solutions to sophisticated challenges.
  • Python, Node.js or Java experience - Advantage

Other Qualifications

  • Hands-on with Big Data and Data Pipeline tech (Airflow, Spark, Kafka, etc.).
  • Expertise in crafting robust, high-quality software with proven principles and comprehensive testing.
  • ETL (building data pipelines)  experience
