Für unseren Standort Bomlitz, Deutschland suchen wir eine/n Operator:in für den Bereich Logistik / Supply Chain.

In dieser Funktion sind Sie für die Aufgaben verantwortlich, die für das Be- und Entladen von Produkten (flüssig/fest), einschließlich Verpackungs- und Versandaktivitäten, innerhalb der Materialfluss-Arbeitsprozesse (Standortlogistik/Logistik) erforderlich sind.

Dow Construction Chemicals, ansässig im Industrie Park Walsrode (IPW), produziert seit mehr als 60 Jahren, Cellulose Ether für die weltweite Baustoffbranche. Der IPW liegt am Südrand der Lüneburger Heide inmitten des Städtedreiecks Hamburg, Hannover und Bremen.

Es erwartet Sie ein hochmotiviertes Team mit hoher Flexibilität und abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben in einem modernen und technologisch anspruchsvollen Umfeld.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

• Verstehen von Anforderungen der eingesetzten Verkehrsmittel zum Transport von Gütern, einschließlich der Be-und Entladeausrüstung.
• Verpacken, physisches Be- und Entladen, von Produkten (flüssig/fest) gemäß den Sicherheits- und gesetzlichen Anforderungen.
• Berücksichtigung von Anforderungen an Handhabung und Transport gefährlicher Güter.
• Verstehen, wie man Abfüll-, Verpackungs- und Probenahmegeräte bedient und sicherstellen, dass Produkte entsprechend den Vorgaben abgefüllt, verpackt und vorbereitet werden.
• Ermittlung aller benötigten Werkzeuge und Sicherheitsausrüstungen, die zur erfolgreichen, sicheren und effizienten Erledigung von Arbeitsaufträgen erforderlich sind.
• Identifizieren von Randbedingungen und/oder Einschränkungen, die sich auf die Erledigung von Arbeitsaufträgen auswirken können, incl. Meldung an den Auftraggeber/Koordinator.
• Arbeiten nach gesetzlichen und innerbetrieblichen Anforderungen, Verfahren und Richtlinien zur Durchführung von Be-/Entlade- und Verpackungsaktivitäten innerhalb des Materialfluss-Arbeitsprozesses.
• Überprüfung, dass Informationen auf den entsprechenden Dokumenten mit den physikalischen Eigenschaften der Ladung übereinstimmen.
• Dokumentationstätigkeiten im Zusammenhang mit Be-/Entlade-, Verpackungs­aktivitäten innerhalb des Materialfluss-Arbeitsprozesses

Qualifikationen:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Facharbeiter:in Logistik, Chemikant:in oder vergleichbar
• Atemschutzträger:in G26.2
• Strukturierte und sichere Arbeitsweise
• Kenntnisse in Ladungssicherung, gesetzlichen und in EH&S-Vorschriften, Prozeduren und Arbeitsweisen
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Organisationstalent und Teamfähigkeit
• Führerschein (Kfz) und Befähigung zum Führen von Gabelstaplern
• Grundlegende PC Kenntnisse
