Job Description

We are seeking an IT Operations Manager to oversee P&G’s Order to Cash (OTC) Systems for Europe and AMA West. This role is crucial in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our systems, services, and infrastructure.
As the IT Operations Manager, you will lead both P&G IT teams and external partners to maintain operational stability. You'll be responsible
for responding to user help requests and monitoring system performance to ensure seamless operations.
In this position, you will provide guidance and leadership to the IT application teams while directly supporting P&G order management users.
Your responsibilities will include managing escalations, resolving user issues, and proactively monitoring the performance of our businesscritical
systems. Your goal will be to prevent delays and outages while swiftly addressing any ongoing concerns.


Your team
You will collaborate with a global team of IT Operations Managers dedicated to supporting Product Supply systems for P&G. Your primary
focus will be on the Europe and AMA West regions, but you will also have the opportunity to engage with colleagues from Asia, North
America, and Latin America, broadening your experience and enhancing cross-regional collaboration.


How success looks like
Your success will be evaluated based on your ability to effectively implement ITIL processes, measured through key indicators such as
Incident Trends, completion of Root Cause Analyses, execution of Corrective Actions, reduction of Aging Tickets, and overall Quality of
Service.
Additionally, your learning agility will be assessed when you encounter new solutions or learning opportunities. You will also play a vital role in
one of the ITIL process improvement pillars within your organization, where your contributions will be essential to your team’s overall success.

Responsibilities of the role

  • Ensure operational excellence for Order to Cash systems.

  • Act as the incident commander for critical issues, proactively mitigating potential business impacts.

  • Resolve escalations in a structured and professional manner.

  • Manage and coordinate various IT teams to effectively address incidents and implement corrective actions.

  • Oversee system upgrades and installations, as well as approve change requests within the Order to Cash domain.

  • Collaborate with multiple organizations in a multi-vendor environment.

  • Analyze data from incident, problem, and change records to drive enhancements in service levels.

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the IT department, with a strong emphasis on process assessment and

  • improvement.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in IT operations, application management, or development, coupled with a strong background in leadership.

  • SRE Fundamentals and ITIL v4 Foundations certification is preferred.

  • SAP technical knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or Software Development.

  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with multi-functional partners.

  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage but not required.

  • Proven management capabilities.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, particularly in addressing user issues related to software, hardware, and servers.
