We are seeking a Sr. Director of Digital Solution Sales to lead one of our most innovative business segments. Our Neogen Software Solutions are used by hundreds of organizations and thousands of food safety professionals to digitize and automate food safety testing programs. These systems enable food safety teams to deliver realtime visibility and actionable data to control and reduce risk.

In this role you will:
Develop a strong team of sales specialist to engage customers at the enterprise level and achieve market penetration and growth.
Develop relationships within client organizations at the executive decision-maker levels; present a consistent image to those clients; build high levels of client satisfaction; execute proper client agreements.
Creates SaaS account plans to achieve greater market presence and increased customers and contracts.
Create and manage complex, multi-year, comprehensive, profitable contracts with customers at the enterprise level.
Creates and supports an international plan and expansion for Neogen Analytics.
Achieve agreed upon revenue targets and product sales mix for targeted accounts.
Travels as needed to coach the team and to drive product adoption and grow revenues.
Demonstrates Neogen Analytics, Neogen products, through sales and technical resources, PowerPoint presentations and emphasizes product value, differentiation, and advantages to corporate accounts with the intention of achieving profitable sales growth.
Works closely with Customer success and technical support teams to identify growth opportunities and support the business.
Advises and participates in corporate account strategy development as requested by various partners in leadership.
Works as part of the sales team when in office to maintain sales for Neogen Corporation. This team effort will include the support of all corporate accounts, including those not directly assigned.
Works with Marketing, Product Management, R&D, Technical Services, and Sales departments to keep management up-to-date on market conditions and competitive situations. Makes suggestions and proposals for ways to improve effectiveness.
Develops and maintains relationships with key influencers on business in the food safety market.
Participates in industry associations and trade shows to build business and obtain sales leads. Participation in committees may be essential.
Continues to build skill level with product knowledge, market segment knowledge, sales skill training and studies.
Identifies and communicates needs of corporate accounts to Software Development, Marketing, Project Management and R&D
Manage business activity and process through CRM including call reports of business development activities, forecasting and contracting management.
Submits expense reports weekly that are within assigned budgets and/or parameter.
