C.H. Robinson is seeking a Pricing Coordinator to join our Pricing department in an entry-level role. As a Pricing Coordinator, you will be responsible for fulfilling customer pricing requests and commitments by loading them into C.H. Robinson platforms. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring compliance with operational policies and providing detailed pricing notes to facilitate seamless communication with operations teams.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and respond to daily pricing commitment requests for new and existing customers in accordance with assigned due dates or service level agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with operational policies prior to pricing committed business.
  • Document pricing activities by providing detailed notes on how pricing was compiled to ensure effective communication with operations staff.
  • Learn, understand, and utilize various pricing tools to support pricing activities.
  • Support identified process improvements to enhance the quality and efficiency of pricing operations.
  • Communicate and build rapport with stakeholders across C.H. Robinson network offices to maintain the most up-to-date pricing information, including accessorial charges and market fluctuations.
  • Collaborate with management and peers to identify and implement best practices that lead to continuous improvement and more favorable win ratios.
  • Other duties or responsibilities as assigned based on team and/or country-specific requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build effective partnerships across teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
