The Opportunity
As a Tax CPA Intern, you will engage in a dynamic learning environment, gaining exposure to the intricacies of tax consulting within our Tax practice. You will support our dedicated tax professionals in navigating the complexities of the global tax landscape, helping clients optimize their tax strategies, minimize risks, and seize opportunities. As an Intern, you will focus on learning and gaining exposure to PwC's practices, supporting teams with basic tasks, and participating in projects. This role emphasizes the importance of developing your personal brand while contributing to the team's success.

Responsibilities
- Supporting tax teams in delivering tailored tax services to optimize client strategies
- Participating in research and analysis of complex tax regulations to assist in compliance and planning
- Observing and learning from experienced tax professionals to gain exposure to industry-specific challenges
- Assisting in the preparation of tax documentation and reports for client engagements
- Engaging in active listening and communication to understand client needs and provide accurate information
- Collaborating with team members to develop innovative solutions for tax optimization
- Applying intellectual curiosity to explore new tax strategies and opportunities for clients
- Navigating the complexities of global tax landscapes to minimize risks and drive sustainable growth
- Contributing to the development of tax strategies that maximize client bottom lines
What You Must Have
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in the following field of study: Accounting
- At least a 3.0 overall GPA
- Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment
- Client service intern positions are considered entry-level roles. Candidates are typically in their third year of a four-year degree program or fourth year of a five-year program at the time of application

The salary range for this position is: $29.25 - $48.00. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
