Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will oversee the application development process and ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP ABAP Cloud applications. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Lead integration workshops across all streams. - Own interface strategy, middleware, and data movement between systems. - Awareness of SAP Public Cloud offerings is essential for successful workshop outcomes. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope. - Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in application development. - Identify and address technical challenges to ensure project success. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud. - Strong understanding of SAP Cloud Platform, its integration capabilities and BTP extension Suit. -Utilize the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP) to create OData services, exposing business data through a standardized RESTful API, enabling seamless integration with Fiori applications. -Ability to analyze business requirements, design data models, and optimize data structures for efficient HANA processing. - Experience with SAP S/4HANA: Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA business processes and integration with HANA cloud applications. -In-depth knowledge of the RAP framework, including its core components like CDS views, OData services, and application services, Side by Side extensibility, in-app extensibility. -Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA development. - Experience in developing and deploying cloud-based applications. - Knowledge of SAP Fiori design principles and UI5 development. - Hands-on experience in SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP). Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP ABAP Cloud. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
