Job Summary

As an HR Officer at DeRegt, you play a key role in ensuring smooth and accurate HR and payroll administration. You act as the first point of contact for employees and managers, supporting a wide range of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

This is a hands-on, all-round HR position within a dynamic, technical, and international environment. You combine operational excellence with a proactive mindset and contribute to continuous improvement within HR.

About the Team

You will be part of a dedicated and informal HR team within DeRegt, where collaboration, short communication lines, and a pragmatic approach are key.

The organization operates in a technical and production-driven environment with an international scope. Within this setting, HR plays an important role in supporting both employees and managers, ensuring processes run efficiently while contributing to a positive and professional work culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain personnel files and HR systems
• Process and verify payroll mutations accurately
• Coordinate sickness absence cases and liaise with the occupational health service
• Support recruitment and selection processes, including vacancy management and interview planning
• Support onboarding, internal mobility, and offboarding processes
• Act as the first point of contact for HR-related questions from employees and managers
• Prepare HR reports and identify opportunities for process improvements

Qualifications:

Required:

• MBO level 4 diploma in HR or a related field
• HBO level of thinking and working
• Knowledge of HR processes, labour law, and social legislation
• Good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office

Preferred:

• Previous experience in a similar HR role
• Experience within a technical, production, or international environment
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working
• Proactive mindset and a hands-on, no-nonsense attitude

• Competitive salary within scale G8 (€3,570 – €4,807 gross per month based on full-time employment)

Als HR Officer ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen onze HR-afdeling. Je zorgt ervoor dat de HR- en salarisadministratie soepel en correct verloopt en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en managers.

Wat ga je doen?

Je hebt een brede en afwisselende rol, waarin je onder andere verantwoordelijk bent voor:

• Beheren van personeelsdossiers en HR-systemen
• Verwerken en controleren van salarismutaties
• Coördineren van ziekteverzuim en contact met de arbodienst
• Ondersteunen bij werving & selectie (vacatures, planning gesprekken)
• Ondersteunen bij in-, door- en uitstroomprocessen
• Beantwoorden van HR-vragen van medewerkers en managers
• Opstellen van rapportages en signaleren van verbeterkansen

Wat breng je mee?

• Mbo-niveau 4 opleiding in HR
• HBO werk- en denkniveau
• Ervaring in een vergelijkbare HR rol is een pré
• Kennis van HR-processen, arbeidsrecht en sociale wetgeving
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse én Engelse taal
• Ervaring met HR-systemen en MS Office

Salaris & arbeidsvoorwaarden

• Salarisschaal G8 (€3.570– €4.807 bruto per maand o.b.v. fulltime)
• 8% vakantiegeld

Vitaliteitsbonus Je komt in aanmerking voor een bruto bonus van maximaal €1.000 per kalenderjaar. Deze bonus wordt toegekend wanneer er sprake is van duurzame inzetbaarheid en beperkt ziekteverzuim gedurende het jaar. Bij een dienstverband korter dan een volledig kalenderjaar wordt de bonus naar rato vastgesteld.

Daarnaast bieden wij:

• Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,25 per kilometer (max. 75 km enkele reis)
• Een aantrekkelijke verlofregeling met:
• 27 vakantiedagen per jaar (op full time basis)
• 13 ADV-dagen per kalenderjaar (op full time basis)
• o Een aantal ADV-dagen wordt collectief vastgesteld, waaronder Goede Vrijdag, de vrijdag na Hemelvaart en 5 mei
• Een solide pensioenregeling via PME, waarbij de werkgever het grootste deel van de premie voor haar rekening neemt
• Arbeidsvoorwaarden conform de CAO Metalektro (en Metalektro voor hoger personeel)

Praktisch

Vanwege het parttime karakter van de functie is thuiswerken niet standaard mogelijk, maar in overleg zeker bespreekbaar.
