Responsibilities:

  • Motivating the team to deliver on the long-term strategy of the Mako team and Mako system

  • Engaging, coaching and developing the group to ensure a high level of technical competency and ability to create a great customer experience

  • Supporting and holding the team accountable, driving engagement, development and culture

  • Work with the Joint replacement team to ensure strategy alignment, educational support and facilitate sales demand

Skills & Requirements:

  • Exposure to medical environments, particular theatre

  • Technical proficiency including product knowledge, knowledge of the medical and hospital industries to provide technical expertise and training to staff and clients

  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to successfully coach and develop teams.

  • Strong results orientation and ability to demonstrate experience achieving targets.

  • Demonstrate analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent communications skills including strong presentation skills.

  • Ultimately a people person that naturally builds genuine relationships.
