Job Requirements

  • You will work closely with the business to implement agreed and appropriate HR policies and best practice.
  • Provide professional advice and coaching support to line managers and Department Heads in areas of staff management, performance and employment in line with appropriate HR policies and processes.
  • Roll out of Peakon engagement survey, supporting management in interpreting data from survey and development of actions plans
  • Work with HRBP and plant management to ensure consistency in the management/resolution of employee relations issues.
  • Build and maintain key business relationships with stakeholders.
  • Share best practice and communicate and champion changes to HR processes and procedures with the business.
  • Support with informal/formal performance improvement plans where required.
  • Champion effective absence management processes to ensure absence levels are regularly monitored and dealt with appropriately.
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition team to support the induction and on boarding processes.
  • Review the HR weekly KPI’s to keep on top of temporary and permanent starters, leavers, changes and probation reviews to ensure any actions required are taken in a timely manner.

Work with managers to ensure the processes around maternity, family friendly leave and flexible working are all managed effectively.
