What You'll Be Doing:
Join the CoreLogic Talent Development team and help us shape exciting learning programs that grow and unleash the potential of our diverse team members. If you're passionate about facilitating programs that drive results, if you love project management and know your way around an LMS, we want you! Our focus is on impact and outcomes, creating world-class learning programs that enable organizational excellence. We’re employing best practices from learning science while experimenting with techniques like experiential, project-based and cohort-based learning. The ideal candidate is confident in their ability to develop scalable learning experiences that drive overall growth and development and serving as the Project Manager for the enterprise Talent Development Team. You will demonstrate your deep expertise in learning theory and design standard methodologies to propose innovative learning solutions that can be delivered at scale and keep the team on task!

Design learning experiences, create tools and resources, and script content with innovation, creativity and global scale at the forefront.
Serve as the Talent Development Project Manager for all global enterprise learning programs.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams and influence deliverables in a highly matrixed organization structure.
Conduct needs assessment with Business leaders to design & deliver programs that link personal growth, business transformation (skills of future), and company/business results.
Strategic oversight and relationships with current and new online learning vendors to support professional, functional, technical and leadership development
Leverage AI to build out new use cases within the talent development arena for users and TD team members.
Create content for in-person and online environments, both synchronous and asynchronous.
Facilitate instructor led programs and new hire orientation, creating fun, engaging and outcomes driven experiences for our learners.
Assist in the implementation of projects and programs that help to attract, engage, retain and develop talent.
Help resolve technical, training, career focus, and process questions with employees at all levels in the organization.
Maintains feedback loops with new hires, learners, and project stakeholders through surveys and other feedback mechanisms.
Reviews and iterates existing learning programs to ensure content is globally scalable, engaging and driving outcomes. Always has an eye towards embracing new digital tools and ways of working.
Contributes to reporting, tracking, and measuring effectiveness and business impact of learning solutions.
Provides support and actionable insights for strategy development, planning, and decision making.
Assists in setting up learning events internally and with outside vendors.
Schedules, tracks, reports on program attendance, and helps maintain class schedules and pre- and post-activities.
Oversees vendor and contract management and budget planning.

Job Qualifications:
Minimum of 10+ years of talent development, L&D or relevant experience
Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Adept at facilitation/effective presentations.
Exceptional project management and organization skills: you are detail oriented with the ability to move multiple projects to the finish line at the same time and on schedule.
Skilled at learning new technology and experienced using technology including Workday LMS.
Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and matrixed virtual environment.
Expertise in Learning Science, Learning Design, Instructional Design or Curriculum Design.
Ability to bolster creativity and innovation within the team.
Experience developing content for in-person and online environments, both synchronous and asynchronous.
Experience creating scripts and storyboards.
Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities to identify and frame issues, synthesize information, and draw insightful conclusions.
Great communication and collaboration skills and the ability to create and foster strong relationships Ability to take feedback and adapt and iterate based on feedback, metrics and outcomes.
