BODYARMOR is looking for a Sr Manager, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Manager to join our team.

The Sr Manager, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) supports customer plan development and performance in collaboration with the RGM Manager team and with BODYARMOR led customers. This individual is responsible for working with the BODYARMOR sales team to achieve BASN goals across customers within their area of responsibility.  This role will be part of a team that works together to manage national market coherency and retail strategy as they deliver on annual BODYARMOR objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the planning and management of customer investments within a given channel to support overall business objectives.

  • Partners with internal customer sales teams to deliver and align on profitable growth across the customer base

  • In collaboration with the Customer RGM Manager, this role will support the planning and management of customer volume and financial forecasts to accurately track and deliver our annual plan.

  • Negotiate customer pricing and investments that deliver profitable growth both internally and externally for Customers, Bottlers and BODYARMOR to achieve overall business objectives.

  • Analyze multiple dynamics unique to individual customers as well as category trends to identify key short and long-term customer growth opportunities for BODYARMOR brands.

  • Communicate, execute, and manage company portfolio pricing strategies with customers that drive volume and profit growth for the entire BODYARMOR brand value chain.

  • Generate and provide accurate content for customer facing selling material in alignment with strategic priorities.

  • Evaluate current and proposed promotional and trade marketing investments and provide new strategic direction when applicable internally and to Sr. Leadership.

  • Responsible for consistent debriefing to the RGM team on brand performance causals, while developing and implementing strategic adjustments to execute with customer teams that deliver annual plan goals.

  • Support the management of retail strategy investments that balance coherency across customers, packages and channels while sustainably implementing recommendations that improve company profit.

  • Oversee the synthetization of data that optimizes company investments across customers to meet both long-term and short-term business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • 5 years RGM, pricing strategy or data analysis experience required

  • CPG experience required

  • Candidates must be located on the East Coast
  • Ability to develop and implement revenue growth methods by collaborating with sales teams and RGM counterparts required

  • Generate and implement innovative ideas that deliver short- and long-term growth through investment optimization

  • Proactively seeks out opportunities and influences the overall company’s financial health

  • Establishes credibility and builds solid relationships with cross-functional department leaders

  • Excellent written, verbal and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently while being a team player, leading, and influencing others

  • Position requires moderate travel (5-10%) by car and plane, including both local and neighboring geographic territories

  • Must hold and maintain a valid driver's license and be able to drive long distances

  • Motor Vehicle Records must satisfy Company standards per Driving Policy

Pay Range:

$123,000 - $139,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
