Ensure strict adherence to local regulatory requirements and internal billing procedures for your assigned region.
Prepare and deliver accurate and timely invoices, ensuring no delays in customer billing cycles.
Maintain continuous communication with customers via email and calls to clarify billing concerns, resolve disputes, and address invoice‑related queries.
Provide customers with billing breakdowns, usage summaries, and any documentation required for smooth payment processing in terms of Portal Uploads, PO process solutions etc.
Actively manage a customer portfolio of at least 350+ large accounts, ensuring consistent accuracy and timely updates.
Maintain correct and up‑to‑date customer details in internal systems like SuperUser or Salesforce.
Conduct usage report reconciliation, prepaid balance reviews, and other revenue‑related checks to ensure correctness of all billing outputs.
Manage and resolve invoice related issues in coordination with internal teams and customers.
Handle internal and external escalations promptly, ensuring professional and solution‑oriented communication.
Work closely with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Delivery Managers, Legal, Finance, etc.) to resolve billing issues and align on customer requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in invoicing processes and O2C operations.
What Makes You a Strong Fit
Advanced English is required for this role
Experience in communicating with clients via email, phone and online meetings
Very good communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
Experience in Billing and Billing management
Knowledge of MS Office tools - especially Excel
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges
