【担当業務】

総務庶務業務の管理と支払・請求処理

  • 業者支払とクライアント請求処理、業者登録処理
  • 清掃管理
  • ユニフォームのクリーニング管理
  • 守衛・受付・アクセスカード管理
  • 郵便・社内便・宅配便管理
  • 送迎バス管理
  • 給茶機・自販機・弁当管理

上記以外もチーム業務の一部を担当頂く事あり。また、休暇取得者のバックアップ業務あり(有休取得促進の為、チーム内互いにバックアップする体制)

【経験・スキル・人物像】

  • ファシリティマネジメントや総務庶務、経理に関連する業務経験があると望ましい
  • Excel、Word、PowerPoint、メールソフトをビジネスで使用する十分なスキルがある
  • 英語での電話会議に参加できるビジネス英語力がある。ビジネスで英語使用経験がない場合、目安としてTOEIC750点以上

    • 論理的に考えることができる
    • 支払・請求処理等の確認作業に興味があり、楽しんで取り組める

【勤務】

  • 8:45-17:30(昼休憩:12:00-13:00)、土日祝休み、夏季・年末年始休暇あり。但し、一部祝日は平日と振替あり。有給休暇以外にも有給の病気休暇あり。

Facility Coordinator @ International Pharmaceutical Company (Seishin Plant (On-site at Client Plant)

Responsibilities:

  • Vendor payments and client billing, vendor registration
  • Cleaning management
  • Uniform cleaning management
  • Security, reception, and access card management
  • Mail, internal mail, and courier management
  • Shuttle bus management
  • Tea machine, vending machine, and lunch-box management

In addition, some team tasks as well as backup duties for team members on leave

Duties:

  • Maintain and improve service quality
  • Enhance client and end-user satisfaction
  • Vendor management
  • Manage actual vendor costs within budget
     

Expected experiences, skills and capabilities:

  • Experience in facility management, general affairs, or accounting-related tasks is desirable
  • PC skills at business level, e.g., MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Business level in English proficiency to participate in teleconferences. If you have no experience using English in business, a TOEIC score of 750 or higher is a guideline.
  • Desired competencies:
    • Good communication skills
    • Build good relationships with team members, client and stakeholders and cooperate with them
    • Think logically
    • Interested in and enjoy works to check/verify payment/billing data
    • Proactively tackle and enjoy solving complex problems
       

Working Hours:

8:45 AM - 5:30 PM (Lunch break: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM), weekends and public holidays off, summer and year-end holidays. However, some public holidays may be substituted with weekdays. In addition to paid vacation, paid sick leave is available.
