Our Bulgarian Technology team is currently implementing complex global projects in a vast portfolio of industries – e-commerce, retail, insurance, banking, telecommunications, automotive, public sector, travel, and culture.

Accenture Bulgaria is expanding and we are on the lookout for a motivated colleagues to join our new Cloud Support Team as L2 Engineers. We are offering challenging work across different projects with the main duties being:

  • Actively monitor our customer’s infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, load balancers, databases,…) and respond to critical issues in a quick and efficient way
  • Perform routine system administration tasks, including software updates, patch management, and system monitoring.
  • Manage and configure Linux servers and related cloud services.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues to restore the availability.
  • Plan, execute, and participate in technical migrations and maintenance
  • Clear communication with customers (about requests, incidents & maintenance) through our ticketing system
  • Implement and take responsibility for their assigned customers, organize own daily plans
  • Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of private cloud solutions

Technology Stack Used & Required Knowledge:

  • 3+ years of experience with Unix and Linux systems (Oracle Linux, Red Hat, CentOs)
  • Web servers & load balancers: Apache, Nginx, HAProxy
  • Databases: MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle.
  • Public Cloud technologies: Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure
  • Docker, Kubernetes
  • Experience with firewall management tools and technologies (e.g., iptables, Clavister, Palo Alto)
  • Experience with private cloud infrastructure and virtualization technologies
  • Proficiency in virtualization technologies – VMware
  • We use Ansible for automatization – experience writing playbooks will be considered a plus
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., RHCE, CompTIA Linux+, CCNA Security) are a plus.
