As Administrative Program Coordinator III, your work as a caregiver focuses on managing various projects, identifying improvement opportunities and enhancing efficiency and cohesion for our Center for Workforce Development. You will be in charge of managing virtual sessions, monitoring attendance, assisting with presentations, overseeing classroom reservations and more. This role will support the ongoing stabilization of our Apprenticeship Programs, which give community members the opportunity to build their skills in various certified healthcare programs.

This role will also support critical programming for the Center for Workforce Development, which will include supporting our apprenticeship programs, by guiding departments effectively, managing and executing apprenticeship initiatives and ensuring all tasks are completely timely. This role may support a variety of teams across Ohio and Florida, if needed.

Someone who will excel in this role will be comfortable facilitating meetings and training sessions in a learning environment.

A caregiver in this position works days from 8:00AM - 5:00PM.

This caregiver will work on-site in a hybrid capacity 2-3 days per week at our Martin Health Campus, however; travel to other Florida Hospitals may be required. The first 90 days of this role will be on-site thru the new-hire period.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists with scheduling, coordination, preparation and communication of meetings.
  • Facilitates and attends meetings; records key outcomes.
  • Identifies key milestones and deadlines.
  • Communicates project status and requirements to achieve results.
  • Researches, analyzes and organizes information for presentations.
  • Develops interdepartmental education programs.
  • Leads records management activities and ensures standards are maintained.
  • Assists department leadership with large or complex projects.
  • Initiates or leads moderately complex projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field.

Certifications:

  • May require license based on department/Institute need.

Complexity of Work:

  • Requires multitasking, critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in highly interactive team environment.
  • Must be able to take appropriate action in a stressful environment.
  • Solid communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with software applications.
  • Knowledge of project management and communication practices preferred.
  • Experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of four years financial, business analysis or project management experience required.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Offset:  High School diploma/GED and eight years of experience.
  • Offset:  Associate’s degree and six years of experience.
  • Offset:  Master’s degree and three years of experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • High degree dexterity to operate office equipment.
  • May require extended periods of standing, walking or sitting.
  • Good visual acuity through normal or corrected vision.

Personal Protective Equipment:

  • Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
