We are looking for a creative and passionate Copywriter who can transform ideas into compelling stories across digital and integrated marketing platforms. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional writing skills, strong conceptual thinking, and the ability to create engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences while maintaining brand consistency.

Designation: Copywriter/ Senior Copywriter

Job Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 2–5 years of experience as a Copywriter in a digital, creative, or integrated advertising agency.

Key Accountabilities

• Conceptualize and develop creative ideas, campaign concepts, and impactful copy across digital and integrated platforms.
• Write compelling content for social media, digital campaigns, websites, films, scripts, storyboards, presentations, blogs, and other marketing collateral.
• Develop both short-form and long-form content while establishing the tone and voice of the brand.
• Create narratives, scripts, annotations, and creative treatments that effectively communicate campaign ideas.
• Ensure all communication aligns with brand guidelines, positioning, and messaging.
• Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Designers, Strategists, and Client Servicing teams to deliver integrated creative solutions.
• Present creative concepts and campaign ideas confidently to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Contribute innovative ideas for new business pitches and creative presentations.
• Leverage emerging technologies and digital platforms to create engaging consumer experiences.
• Participate in creative reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance campaign quality.
• Identify opportunities to create additional value for clients through proactive creative thinking.
• Stay updated with evolving digital trends, content formats, consumer behaviour, and industry best practices.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, learning-oriented creative environment.​

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of experience as a Copywriter in a digital, creative, or integrated advertising agency.
• Excellent command of English with exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to translate briefs into compelling creative ideas.
• Experience creating content across social media, digital campaigns, websites, films, and integrated marketing channels.
• Strong understanding of brand communication, consumer behaviour, and digital content trends.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• A portfolio showcasing creative campaigns and copy across multiple platforms is highly preferred.
