**This is a summer intern position providing a perfect opportunity for College Students looking to gain healthcare experience while home for break

Join Cleveland Clinic’s Twinsburg Family Health and Surgery Center to become a caregiver at one of the most respected healthcare organizations in the world. This state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to providing the community with advanced specialty care, primary care and various surgical services. Here, you will receive endless support and appreciation while building a rewarding, lifelong career at Cleveland Clinic.

As a Temporary Student Worker, you will gain hands-on experience from some of the best caregivers in the field. You will assist with various administrative, clerical, patient service and operational support tasks, offering a unique opportunity to enhance your customer service, technological and organization skills within a healthcare setting. Come experience first-hand the dynamic, innovative and explorative culture at Cleveland Clinic.  

A caregiver in this position may work shifts that cover 8:00am to 5:00pm or 11:30am to 8:00pm. 

A caregiver who excels in this role will:   

• Assist with administrative, clerical, patient service or operational support duties.  

• Maintain equipment, files and databases while following all department procedures and guidelines.  

• Participate in performance improvement activities or meetings and recommend actions to improve results.  

• Assists with patient service functions when trained and assigned.  

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:   

• Additional education/training and experience in applicable roles/settings  

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:   

• High School Diploma/GED  

Physical Requirements:

• Requires occasional computer entry, sitting, standing and walking to attend meetings.
• Normal or corrected vision, hearing and speech.

Personal Protective Equipment:

• Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
