What will you do? 

• Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.

• Develop and implement transformation strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

• Monitor project progress and performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Facilitate communication across workstream teams and manage project documentation.

• Assist in risk identification and mitigation strategies throughout project lifecycle.

• Train team members on transformation tools and methodologies.

How will you do it? 

• By leveraging strong analytical skills and your understanding of business operations, you will engage with various teams to gather insights and drive process improvements.

• You will utilize project management tools to track progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

What are we looking for?  

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT or related field.

• +6 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or transformation initiatives.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in project management tools and data analysis software.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

• Conversational English.

Preferred:

• Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.

• Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

• Previous experience in a transformation office or consulting environment.
