About the Role

Seeking an experience finance Professional with 8+years of experience to lead reconciliation and payments transformation, improve operational controls, and partner across global teams to build scalable, technology-enabled finance operations

Responsibilities

Champion Automation & Innovation: 

  • Own the strategy and execution for bank reconciliation automation. You’ll partner with tech, treasury, and regional teams to integrate cutting-edge tools directly into our ERP, turning manual tasks into streamlined, automated processes.

Fortify Payment Controls: 

  • Design and standardize robust pre- and post-payment vendor reconciliation systems. You’ll investigate complex transactions to actively eliminate duplicate payments, resolve aged balances, and ensure absolute compliance.

Manage Risk & Drive Continuous Improvement: 

  • Actively identify operational bottlenecks, design corrective action plans, and keep our teams completely audit-ready. You will be the gatekeeper of our financial policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Empower & Grow a Talented Team:

  •  Provide direct mentorship, coaching, and career development for a team of finance professionals. You’ll build team capabilities, cultivate future leaders, and help recruit outstanding new talent.

Step Up as a Deputy Leader: 

  • Act as the strategic deputy to the Payments & Treasury leadership team. You’ll serve as a thought partner, lead high-stakes cross-functional projects, and ensure seamless continuity of our operations.

Qualifications

Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:

  • The Certification: You are a certified CPA or ACCA Finalist (this is a mandatory requirement).
  • The Credentials: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
  • The Experience: At least 6 to 8 years of progressive experience in finance operations, treasury, payments, or financial controls.
  • The Technical Edge: Deep expertise in bank, vendor, and balance sheet reconciliations, alongside advanced hands-on experience with modern ERP systems.
  • The Spreadsheet Power User: Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (you know how to manipulate data and build reports that tell a story).
