Job Summary:
The TSA (Transition Service Agreement) Project Manager for BAU Operations is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the seamless continuation of Business-as-Usual (BAU) services under Transition Service Agreements. This role involves ensuring that service levels are maintained, risks are mitigated, all agreed-upon services are delivered, and contractual obligations are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate BAU activities under TSA, ensuring seamless service continuity.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver services as per the TSA requirements.
Ensure all tasks and services specified in the TSA are delivered on time, within scope, and document and follow the approval process for any budget changes for charge back
Prepare regular status reports, CAB material, Steering Committee content highlighting key achievements, risks, and mitigation actions.
Oversee the delivery of agreed-upon TSA clauses, ensuring they meet the specifications, quality standards, and performance metrics defined in the TSA.
Address and resolve escalations related to service delivery, ensuring any roadblocks are removed
Maintain comprehensive documentation on all aspects of the TSA process while implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure that all legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations are met throughout the TSA period while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including legal, finance, and HR, to ensure smooth execution of the TSA.
Coordinate with Application/Service Owners to execute the TSA Exit projects for Technology to ensure the successful exit of Opella from sanofi landscape
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, establishing milestones, identifying risks to ensure contractual commitments are met.
Monitor SLAs and KPIs, ensuring service quality meets or exceeds agreed-upon standards.
Coordinate audits and ensure adherence to Sanofi frameworks.
Identify, analyze, and address risks that could impact TSA-related BAU services.
Document lessons learned and recommended process adjustments for future TSA projects.
Job Skills & Competencies
10+ years of professional experience on advanced analytics and AI digital product management with a focus on MA, Trade & Tender advanced analytics & AI domain and min 5 years people management & leadership experience in diverse markets

Solid industry background and understanding & process a strong business acumen (proven leadership experience digital roles with a focus on commercial)
Seasoned leader with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Proven record of creating and implementing successful advance analytics & AI digital commercial strategies.
Very strong problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities
Very strong project management and execution skills
Ability to cultivate effective relationships, and to influence and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels.
Exceptional communication and influencing skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
