Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:
The Regional Leader for DTS Digital Infrastructure & Operations (DIO) APAC is responsible for providing strategic leadership, governance, and end-to-end accountability for a portfolio of infrastructure products and services across the region. This role drives the vision, planning, execution, and lifecycle management of DIO offerings, ensuring alignment with global technology strategy and regional business priorities. The leader is accountable for delivering high-performing, scalable, and customer-centric solutions that enhance operational resilience and accelerate digital transformation across APAC. A critical component of this role is resource management excellence, ensuring optimal utilization of talent, budget, and capabilities to deliver sustained business value.
Manages the IT infrastructure and resources required to plan for, develop, deliver and support IT services and products to meet the needs of a business Leads for a sub-region. Ensures that agreed service levels are met and all relevant procedures are adhered to.
Partners with internal teams to engineer, build and deliver solutions and through reporting channels coordinates local/site support requests and services escalations.
Develops and manages defined communication channel(s) and/or stakeholder groups, proactively seeking to identify potential demand, and assisting in the creation of the business case.
Seeks out and tackles issues that will prevent the delivery of business benefits, facilitating open communication and discussion between stakeholders
Advises and influences business clients and customers, at management level, regarding the delivery, costs, availability and functionality of services and systems.
Works directly with Business resources to establish requirements for the implementation of changes in the business process.
Develops an effective partnership with suppliers and customers.
Sets targets, and ensures that service performance is monitored and maintained as defined within the agreed service level agreements, service level parameters or contracts
Leads Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives; consults and shares knowledge across org; full awareness of industry trends

Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline
A Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of relevant experience with demonstrated skills or 9–11 or more years of applied experience with demonstrated skills
Experience managing ITS Projects and/or Programs
Experience with deploying and driving execution via performance measurement, benchmarking, and related visual management
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
Experience working in a global IT organization; preferred experience working in or supporting a business.
Knowledge of business competitive landscape.
Strong leadership and service delivery skills.
Cultivates networking opportunities with peer organizations.
Held prior accountabilities that required influencing leaders outside of administrative authority.
Understands and is familiar with Infrastructure capability and delivery process(es).
Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory.
Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines, and may extend outside the K-C organization including suppliers, partners and customers.
