🏭 Department: Research & Development

As part of the R&D Sustaining organization, you have the opportunity to work directly with the R&D engineers and cross functional partners on improving the design of commercialized devices and sustain product life cycle to make a significant impact in the business.

🔧 Project Exposure

During the internship, participants will support the R&D department in improvement and transformation initiatives. Interns may gain exposure to activities such as:

• Supporting the Design Control process, from requirements definition through verification/validation and manufacturing implementation.
• Preparing technical reports and test plans.
• Assisting with day-to-day Sustaining R&D activities, including DHF documentation and technical support.
• Analyzing project data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Participating in team meetings, contributing ideas, and documenting discussions and action items.
• Maintaining accurate documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

📌 General Requirements

• Active university student enrolled in an Engineering-related major.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Availability for a 6-month to 1-year internship.
• Availability to work full-time and on-site.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SolidWorks, Python, and Minitab.

Preferred:

• Experience with C++ programming language.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python.

• Materials Science or Chemical Engineering (preferred)

📋 Internship Details

• Work modality: On-site
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (with flexibility to accommodate academic responsibilities)
• Location: Coyol Free Zone, Building B37
• Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of extension up to 1 year

Requirements:

• Valid student insurance policy
• Must remain an active university student throughout the internship period
