Role

ADI's Enterprise AI organization is seeking a passionate engineering leader to define and drive the Enterprise AI Platform. The chosen candidate will help architect a platform that will be used by the enterprise in designing, developing and deploying AI and ML-based solutions from early exploration to production. In addition to leading a team of engineers, this individual will work with our Engineering, IT and Data organizations to drive all aspects of design, development and roll-out of the platform.

Locations: San Jose or Boston/USA or, Limerick, Ireland.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a distributed team of engineers tasked with design, development, support and continuous improvement of an AI development platform for the enterprise
  • Work with key stakeholders such as central engineering, data and IT functions to define and drive key architecture decisions for the platform
  • Drive engagement with stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure a successful delivery and adoption of the platform
  • Be the driver of change in bringing state of the art technologies and solutions in the AI platform space
  • Make key hires and grow team and talent

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 10+ years of technical experience, including 5+ years in cloud infrastructure such as Azure or AWS
  • Proven track record in building and growing a platform for AI/ML development, preferably in a large enterprise
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Kubernetes, Artifactory as well as GenAI specific tools such as Langchain, LlamaIndex, and python environments such as pip or poetry
  • Intimate knowledge of software development lifecycle, especially for ML or AI products
  • Strong track record of strategic decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Three or more years in a leadership and people management role

The wage range for a new hire into this position is $234,600 to $322,575.
  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, training, external market data, internal equity, or other bona fide factors.

  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
