About the role: As an associate recruiter you will play a crucial role in building a talented and dynamic team. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand the technical needs of the company. You will actively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, while also screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to identify top talent. Given the fast-paced environment of startups, they must be adaptable and proactive, managing the recruitment process efficiently to help the company scale rapidly while maintaining a strong cultural fit. Their role often extends to assisting with onboarding and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the startup’s innovative and evolving work culture. This will be a part-time role.
