Job Description

As a valued colleague on our team, you will be the Business Administrative Assistant utilizing project management experience to perform a variety of functions in support of the company’s SVP of Corporate FP&A & Procurement and their leadership team.  In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and enabling the executive leader’s office, ensuring coordination of activities and information within and relating to the executive’s administrative area of responsibility. You will also be supporting calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reports while managing a portfolio of project work.

The Finance - Business Administration - Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Spend approximately 60% of your time on EA work and 40% on project-based work
  • Assist executive leaders by managing day-to-day operational and administrative needs. 
  • Format information for internal and external communication – emails, presentations, reports. 
  • Set up, organize, and maintain efficient organization systems – such as digital filing systems. 
  • Manage meeting collaboration technology in meetings held by the executive; ensure physical space (i.e., conference rooms) is booked, accordingly. 
  • Manage sensitive materials; maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality. 

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experiences

  • 4 years of office administration experience preferably within a large and complex organization. 
  • Outstanding attention to detail plus organizational and time management skills
  • Consistent demonstration of clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient demonstration of Office 365 tools - Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, etc.

  • Ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision. 
  • Ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner

Target Salary: $107,000 - $139,000 a year
