Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring the smooth operation of applications that are vital to business functions. You will engage with users to understand their challenges and work diligently to implement effective solutions, all while maintaining a focus on service excellence and operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Strong experience with Node.js and related frameworks is required Experience with server-side programming languages such as JavaScript, - TypeScript and React - Experience with Cloud - AWS - A strong understanding of web application architecture and design patterns - Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities. - Extensive understanding of web stacks, libraries, and frameworks, as well as JavaScript. - Expertise in front-end technologies Angular - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of support processes to enhance service delivery. - Document and maintain records of issues and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference. Professional & Technical Skills: - Strong experience with Node.js and related frameworks is required Experience with server-side programming languages such as JavaScript, - TypeScript and React - Experience with Cloud - AWS - A strong understanding of web application architecture and design patterns - Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities. - Extensive understanding of web stacks, libraries, and frameworks, as well as JavaScript. - Expertise in front-end technologies including CSS3 and HTML5. - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Node.js. - Strong understanding of application support methodologies and best practices. - Experience with debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues. - Familiarity with database management and querying languages. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Good Communication Skills - Should be able to work independently and take ownership. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Node.js. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
