This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals keen to develop foundational skills in accounting and progress toward more senior finance roles in one of the world’s leading law firms.

Your responsibilities:

General ledger and financial operations

  • Record and review financial transactions in our accounting systems (such as SAP).

  • Assist with core accounting processes and provide ad hoc support to accounting advisors and managers.

  • Help prepare straightforward reports, including basic cost or revenue analyses for business teams.

Period-end closing and reporting

  • Support monthly and annual closing processes: contribute to preparing and posting journal entries, reconciliations, and reviewing account balances.

  • Assist with the collection and compilation of data for financial reporting and audits.

Budgeting and project support

  • Contribute to the budgeting cycle by collecting baseline data and helping to monitor project expenditures.

  • Work alongside project managers to track and report on project costs and financial progress.

Audit and compliance assistance

  • Prepare documentation for internal and external audits and respond to auditor queries.

  • Help ensure financial records are accurate, complete, and in line with company standards.

What we are looking for:

  • One to two years experience in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.

  • Motivation to build your expertise and learn from skilled professionals.

  • Confidence working with numbers and data in Microsoft Excel.

  • English language skills sufficient for international communication (both written and spoken).

  • Intent to begin, or current progress towards, an accounting qualification (such as ACCA, CIMA, or an equivalent).

  • Experience with SAP or a similar finance system is an advantage, but not essential.

What we offer:

  • A supportive, international team where sharing ideas and learning is part of our culture.

  • Exposure to accounting processes at a global law firm and practical training to accelerate your career.

  • Flexible working arrangements and strong support for your professional growth.

  • Hands-on experience with international accounting, with a clear pathway toward more independent accounting roles.

Ready to take your first steps in finance with a global leader? We welcome your application!
