Summary: As a Tech Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing technical solutions to meet those requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of technical solutions that meet business requirements, utilizing your expertise in Tech Solution Architecture. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to analyze business requirements and develop technical solutions. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation plans. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards in Tech Solution Architecture. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Tech Solution Architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based solutions, microservices architecture, and containerization technologies. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps. - Experience with enterprise application integration and API management technologies. - Solid grasp of security and compliance requirements for enterprise applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Tech Solution Architecture. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful technical solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
