Primary Job Function:

  • Provide administrative executional support to the Sales & Marketing function across a range of projects and strategic initiatives divisions, utilizing an awareness of company policies and procedures.

Major Responsibilities

  • Lead and Perform administrative duties to support the Sales & Marketing team including meeting coordination, making travel bookings, filing and other general admin duties
  • Implement and execute marketing activities and projects as directed required by the Marketing team

Marketing Communications

  • Manage marketing communications material (including field team selling materials, in-store point of sale, HCP and consumer advertising materials, HCP education materials) as required, including internal approval for assigned projects in line with strategic direction. Liaise with creative and print agency suppliers as required
  • Support the development of key content and collateral for company and brand websites
  • Manage product changeover communications such as Trade Notification Letters and product image and content updates on online platforms (HENS portal, company websites)

Conferences and HCP communications

  • Lead the delivery and execution of requirements for internal and external Conferences and events, including attending interstate Conferences as required
  • Manage HCP and company sponsorship requirements and Professional Service Agreements for Key Opinion Leaders involved in Abbott events and communications
  • Compile field team call requests gained from key marketing activities

Budget

  • Budget maintenance, tracking & engagement with key finance and agency stakeholders
  • Manage POs, invoices and vendor set-up in a timely manner and follow up to ensure compliance guidelines met.
  • Update and maintain information systems, databases, records, files and confidential documents, taking into consideration company policies, compliance and audit procedures.
  • Support the Marketing team including meeting coordination, making travel bookings, filing and other general admin duties.
  • Assist with ad-hoc requirements and projects as required Assist in the preparation of meetings, training courses and conferences as required
  • Support the SME team using the data tracking system
  • Communicate effectively at all levels both internal and external, maintaining confidentiality and creating a positive image for the company at all times

Knowledge / Education Required:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in business or marketing preferred

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, healthcare industry experience highly desirable.
  • Open to graduate level for ambitious self-starter wanting to kick start their career in Sales & Marketing
  • May have gained a small amount of exposure to a corporate environment
