The Opportunity

Are you passionate about driving high‑velocity sales and shaping the future of digital creativity in Korea? Adobe Korea’s Digital Media Enterprise (DME) team is looking for an energetic, motivated Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to accelerate Adobe Express adoption and unlock growth across enterprise affiliates.

This is a 12-month contract role with the possibility of extension.

About the Role

As an ISR, you will be a core growth engine for Adobe’s Enterprise Digital Media business in Korea. You will focus on landing new opportunities with Adobe Express, developing pipeline across enterprise subsidiaries, and partnering with field teams to drive expansion. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑moving sales environment and enjoys building relationships across diverse organizations.

What You’ll Do

Drive High‑Velocity “Land & Expand” Sales

  • Identify and close initial Adobe Express opportunities within enterprise affiliates

  • Seed small seat deals (avg. ~10 seats) to create early customer success

  • Partner with Specialists, CSMs, and Account Executives to scale adoption across organizations

Build and Grow Pipeline

  • Generate new opportunities through outbound engagement

  • Develop long‑term sales rhythm with enterprise subsidiaries

  • Manage and support small VIP accounts to drive retention and growth

Manage Deal Execution

  • Create, qualify, and manage opportunities in Salesforce

  • Collaborate with Channel Account Managers (CAM) and resellers on quotes and deal flow

  • Ensure clean handoff and alignment with internal teams

Collaborate Across Teams

  • Work closely with AE, SSP, CSM, CAM, and Reseller partners

  • Maintain strong communication across cross‑functional groups

  • Help strengthen DME Korea’s overall sales motion and customer engagement

What you need to succeed

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in inside sales or high‑velocity SaaS sales

  • Strong outbound prospecting and customer engagement capability

  • Ability to manage structured sales processes in Salesforce

  • Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams

  • Understanding of Korean enterprise and affiliate business structures

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling digital media, creative, or SaaS solutions

  • Background in channel collaboration or reseller ecosystems

  • Analytical skills for pipeline management and forecasting
