Why is this role important?

We are hiring a Director, Digital Health Product & Strategy. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Digital Health, the Director is responsible for leading digital health strategic projects within the Health and Wellness space. The Director will lead the strategic planning and execution of high priority enterprise initiatives focused on driving pharmacy and healthcare services through appointment booking and cohesive omni-channel care experiences. The Director will be accountable and responsible for the creation and planning of the Digital Health Web Channel and Appointment Scheduler product strategy and roadmap, as well as manage a large cross-functional product team both within the enterprise and across key strategic partnerships. The Director will also work closely with our pharmacy and healthcare business leads, as well as the operations, data & analytics and information technology teams, to identify, structure and guide digital health opportunities into viable solutions.  In this capacity the Director will lead collaborations and use customer insights and analytical models to assess opportunities and determine the impact of innovative digital health initiatives.

What You'll Do:

  • Own and manage the product capabilities within the Digital Health Web Channel and Appointment Scheduler (Web/App) roadmaps
  • Develop and manage detailed execution plans across cross-enterprise, cross-functional teams both centrally and with key partners
  • Lead day-to-day coordination of large cross-functional, cross-enterprise digital health projects and initiatives, resolving issues as needed
  • Be accountable for execution and meeting product roadmap timelines and targets
  • Drive user acquisition and engagement through product roadmap decisions, using customer insights and user feedback wherever possible
  • Identify strategic opportunities in the digital space related to pharmacy and healthcare and support build out and implementation
  • Make strategic decisions based on complex data and information
  • Be the subject matter expert in digital health, as well as relevant regulatory and industry developments
  • Lead a high-performing team of Product Managers, Product Owners, QA specialists, and Implementation leads to drive the success of projects

What You'll Need:

  • University degree with a concentration in Business, Health Sciences or relevant fields
  • 7+ years experience in strategy and operations planning and execution in large organizations and the healthcare sector
  • 5+ years experience in digital health product management
  • 5+ years of managerial experience leading a team to reach delivery milestones
  • Strong background in digital health, business strategy and execution is required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to report up to senior leadership teams
  • Ability to work within a dynamic rapidly growing and evolving environment
  • Ability to lead projects with cross-functional departments to achieve business goals
  • Ability to understand healthcare regulatory frameworks and healthcare ecosystem
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills, combined with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
