The Analytics Manager will be responsible for capturing, analysing and presenting data from all sources across On Location’s Olympic Sales, Marketing and Product operations. The role will provide timely, accurate performance reporting against objectives and KPIs, and develop actionable key insights to inform strategic and operational Marketing decision making. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial background in data capture and analysis in both ecommerce and direct sales environments.
Implement tracking and measurement tools to capture relevant data from across the Sales, Marketing and Product operations.
Analyse data to evaluate performance, identify trends, establish improvement opportunities, and formulate strategic recommendations.
Leverage expertise in OESP media metrics, audience insights and sales funnels alongside in-house product knowledge to drive deeper market-alignment and improved marketing performance in key territories.
Build reporting dashboards to distill and present contextually relevant information for a range of Marketing and Leadership needs, including strategic decision making, sales performance monitoring and media mix evaluation.
Present reports, findings and recommendations adapted to a range of audiences within the company and its Olympic partner organisations.
You Have These:
· Strong experience (3 years+) in media analytics and reporting.
· Hands on experience in implementing, customizing and utilising tracking, data capture and reporting tools, including native 3rd party platform tools. GA4 and Tag Manager are a must.
· Experience driving global consistency and reporting on omnichannel marketing performance.
· Rich understanding of diversity of performance / tracking data available across owned, earned, shared, and paid touchpoints, sales, and product as inputs for analytics.
· Comfortable articulating learnings across markets that feed into actionable enhancements to drive future Audience planning and targeting.
· Prior experience working in across multiple geographies within a blended ecommerce/direct sales environment.
· Presently resides and/or is willing to relocate to Milan, Italy.
