About the Role

We are seeking a customer‑focused and proactive Field Support Representative to join our Sydney‑based team. In this role, you will work closely with our commercial team and veterinary clinics to:

  • Install and support IDEXX diagnostic equipment

  • Provide education and training to clinic teams

  • Troubleshoot technical issues (hardware and software)

  • Build strong, lasting customer relationships

  • Promote IDEXX products and services to drive satisfaction and loyalty

What You’ll Bring

  • A qualification in Veterinary Nursing or another relevant Science discipline

  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent) – highly regarded

  • 3+ years’ experience in a scientific field or within veterinary nursing

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organisation, time management, and prioritisation abilities

  • Proven ability to provide technical support and troubleshoot issues

  • Confidence delivering training to varied audiences

  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to research solutions

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams

  • Knowledge of veterinary medicine, clinic workflow, or diagnostic processes

  • Flexibility to travel up to 85% within the assigned territory, with occasional travel beyond it
