The Customer Service Digital Products team is seeking a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data Analyst to support the ongoing evolution of Dynamics 365 CRM as a core enterprise platform.


CRM is the central platform used to manage customer, account, and stakeholder information across the organization. It supports end-to-end business processes by improving data visibility, streamlining workflows, enabling reporting, and helping teams make informed decisions through accurate, centralized customer information.

What You Will Do:

  • Monitor data quality metrics across key CRM entities 
  • Support implementation and tracking of data governance frameworks, including data ownership and accountability models
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to improve data standards, validation rules, and enforcement mechanisms Analyze user engagement patterns to identify adoption gaps and opportunities for improvement

  • Delivery of accurate, timely, and relevant reporting aligned with stakeholder needs
     

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data management roles
  • Experience analyzing system usage data and translating it into actionable insights
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI or similar)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis
  • Experience working with structured datasets (CRM, SAP, or similar enterprise systems)
     

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or similar CRM platforms
  • Familiarity with data governance concepts (data quality frameworks, stewardship, ownership models)
  • Experience supporting product teams or digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience with SQL, Dataverse, or data extraction/querying tools 
  • Exposure to enterprise data ecosystems (data lakes, integrations, APIs)
  • Familiarity with Data Mart, Data Lake, or Databricks
  • Experience defining and tracking product or operational KPIs


Shifts/Work Hours:

  • Shift Timings: 12.30 PM to 9.30 PM IST

This role requires flexibility to accommodate stakeholder interactions and support business needs.
