Job Description:
Join our Supply Chain operations team at Agrisera in Umeå and play a key part in driving and supporting digitalization initiatives within Production, with a strong focus on Business Intelligence (BI) and data-driven decision-making.
You will work closely with Production, Supply Chain, and IT to develop, maintain, and improve systems that visualize, standardize, and simplify technical production processes. By enabling efficient data collection, management, and visualization, you will contribute directly to improved decision-making across the entire Supply Chain.
Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives related to IT systems that streamline administrative and support processes within Production and Supply Chain
Translate business and operational needs into effective data visualizations, dashboards, and reports
Act as test lead, develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), perform process mapping, and support production and process improvements
Serve as a local super user for relevant IT systems
Train and support stakeholders in the use of applicable systems and tools
Represent Supply Chain in cross-functional and IT-related projects
Act as a subject matter expert and Supply Chain representative in new and ongoing IT initiatives
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and participate in Change Control (CC) forums
Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by identifying, reporting, and implementing workplace improvements
Handle administrative tasks such as deviation management, audits, standardization efforts, and the development of procedures and methods
Relevant university degree or equivalent knowledge acquired through professional experience.
Experience from the manufacturing industry
Experience working in Microsoft environments, including Excel, SQL Server, OSIsoft PI, and Transact-SQL
Education and/or hands-on experience in Business Intelligence systems such as Power BI or Qlik Sense
IT and infrastructure background with experience in complex system landscapes
Proven experience planning, developing, and implementing IT systems in larger organizations
Experience working with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) in a production environment
Ability to work independently with strong focus and attention to detail
Proactive, self-driven, and takes ownership of tasks and initiatives
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Fast learner who is creative, adaptable, and self-motivated
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
