Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of data pipelines on Azure Databricks
• Architect scalable ETL/ELT workflows using PySpark, SQL, and Delta Lake
• Drive DevOps automation for CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and infrastructure-as-code
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security across all layers of the platform
• Optimize performance and cost-efficiency of cloud resources and data workflows

🎯 Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering and cloud architecture
• Deep expertise in Azure services: Databricks, Data Lake, Synapse, Key Vault, etc.
• Strong command of SQL and PySpark for data transformation and analytics
• Proven experience with DevOps tools: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Terraform, etc.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD
