Provides critical administrative and operational support to the Eliot Management Group sales office by ensuring a well-functioning work environment, facilitating internal coordination, and supporting the end-to-end processing of merchant applications. Serves as a central point of contact across departments and plays a key role in onboarding, office logistics, and sales process efficiency.
Provides administrative and operational support to a sales office to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. This role enables sales productivity by managing office processes, supporting application workflows, coordinating onboarding activities, and facilitating communication between the sales team and internal partners. The position plays a key role in maintaining an organized, professional office environment while ensuring accurate data tracking and timely progression of sales-related activities.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure the sales team has the tools, resources, and support needed to perform effectively. Maintain office supply inventory, coordinate ordering and replenishment, and ensure a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment.

  • Capture key operational and sales support metrics, ensuring timely and accurate data entry into designated reporting systems. Monitor routine operational activities, address basic issues, and escalate more complex matters as appropriate.

  • Act as a liaison between the sales office, underwriting, and other internal departments to facilitate the timely and accurate processing of merchant applications. Track application status, follow up on outstanding requirements, and help resolve routine processing issues to keep deals progressing.

  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams, ensuring clear and efficient communication between the sales office and corporate partners. Coordinate information flow, track requests, and help drive alignment across departments involved in the sales and onboarding processes.

  • Support new hire onboarding at the local office level by welcoming new employees, coordinating introductions with corporate onboarding resources, and ensuring required documentation and initial setup steps are completed.

  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling assistance, document preparation, and handling ad hoc office needs. Help maintain an organized and productive work environment.

  • Answer incoming phone calls and serve as the first point of contact for external parties, including candidates, prospective merchants, and existing customers. Resolve routine inquiries and escalate more complex issues to appropriate parties with guidance from leadership.
