Project Role Description : Responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure utilizing knowledge in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration and Security. Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are safe against security threats.

Summary:
As a DevOps Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring new development tools and infrastructure to support software development processes. This role requires setting up and maintaining continuous integration, delivery, and deployment pipelines, while ensuring the security and reliability of these systems. The position also includes collaborating with various teams to streamline workflows and enhance automation, contributing to the overall efficiency and robustness of the development environment. Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving are essential to maintain secure and scalable infrastructure.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize and automate deployment processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and development within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce DevOps, Salesforce Administration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Administration.
- Strong knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.
- Familiarity with security best practices in software development and deployment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in complex development environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce DevOps.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
