We’re looking for a data-driven, commercially minded Digital Analyst to help us optimise our digital channels and unlock smarter, more personalised member journeys.


As our Digital Analyst, you will leverage data and insights to optimise digital member experiences - driving engagement, performance and measurable business outcomes.

Working closely with marketing, digital, product and data teams, you will translate complex data into compelling insights that inform strategic decisions, improve digital performance and enhance member experiences across web, mobile, app and self-service platforms.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll combine analytical rigour, commercial thinking and strong stakeholder engagement to deliver impact.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Analyse digital member journeys and interactions to evaluate channel effectiveness and performance against targets.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide near real-time digital performance tracking.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to inform digital experience and channel strategies through data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external data teams to retrieve, enrich, segment and transform data into actionable insights.
  • Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in delivering the prioritised Digital Analytics roadmap.
  • Conduct routine and ad hoc analysis to identify optimisation opportunities across digital experiences and marketing performance.
  • Provide insights to improve sales and lead generation funnels.

About you
 

You’re naturally curious, commercially aware and passionate about using data to improve customer experiences. Additionally, you will bring:

  • Previous experience in data analysis, ideally across digital channels and customer experience environments.
  • Strong GA4 expertise, including dashboard development, user behaviour analysis and actionable reporting.
  • Advanced Power BI skills, including designing intuitive dashboards and presenting meaningful insights.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities, including modelling and reporting.
  • Experience analysing structured and unstructured data and translating findings into recommendations.
  • Understanding of A/B/N testing, personalisation and digital optimisation frameworks.
  • Strong business acumen with a member-first mindset.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Science, Statistics or similar) or extensive industry experience.
  • Google Individual Qualifications (desirable).
